Executive coaching: to go further and faster

In recent years, the practice of executive coaching is experiencing strong growth. Managers of large groups, public organizations, but also start-ups and SMEs have recognized the need to be supported by professionals in order to increase their performance and achieve their goals.
Since 2018, the search for keywords around the theme of coaching has more than doubled: “Executive coaching” and “executive coach” have increased in search volume by 139% over the period.
Although the coaching offer has expanded, managers who wish to be supported must nevertheless find the right person with whom to share their questions, challenges, goals and set up the methodology to strengthen their leadership, manage stress, take a step back, adopt the right posture, etc.
The International Coach Federation (ICF) survey conducted in 2019 in the European Union shows that 30% of coaches specialize in leadership, 16% in executive coaching and 23% in business coaching.
