Yannick has a background as an entrepreneur and senior executive in the technology sector.In 2002, he founded Witekio, which he led until 2021.
During this period, he grew the company internationally, completed two LBOs and one external acquisition, drove a strategic pivot towards the Internet of Things, and built and structured the business to reach €25M in turnover with 200 employees across France, the USA, the UK and Germany. In late 2019, he led a strategic partnership with the Avnet Group ($20Bn turnover), before successfully managing the integration throughout the COVID period. From 2021 to 2023, he took on responsibility for strategic development and M&A at Avnet Embedded (Avnet's EMS division, $600M turnover).
From 2024 onwards, he trained in corporate governance at the IFA, and began supporting several start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs, both as a board director and as a sparring partner to their leadership teams.
He joined VISCONTI PARTNERS in 2025, drawn by both the outstanding calibre of the 50 Partners that make up the collective, and the invaluable contribution that experienced former executives can bring to those currently in leadership roles.
He has a particular interest in change management and transformation, growth management, and the structuring and alignment of teams, key themes in consulting and service businesses, where people are at the heart of everything.
He is currently coaching 6 executives in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region across a wide range of sectors (energy, industry, healthcare, hospitality and transport), in companies with turnovers ranging from €5M to €70M.
Deeply committed to environmental issues and to the role of business in driving transformation, he also serves as a board director of several impact-driven companies, and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Team for the Planet.
