After 25 years of entrepreneurship, Yannick Chammings joined Visconti Partners, convinced that in a world of growing fluctuations and uncertainties, business leaders who embody a culture of adaptation and transformation will be tomorrow’s leaders.
He founded Witekio in 2002, an international SME in High Tech, which he led until its transfer in 2022. Over 20 years, he gained extensive experience in fundraising, structuring, internationalization, and transformation (strategic pivot).
These years confronted him with uncertainty, questioning, and the loneliness of a CEO. Yet they also taught him how to navigate through the fog, trust his intuition, stand firm, and move forward.
