“Those who do are right”
Since the creation of VISCONTI in 2010, we have bet on supporting managers by managers.
As a leader and pioneer in the European Executive Coaching market, we decided to extend our influence beyond our borders and are also present in Switzerland, Germany and Belgium.
Each year, we are pleased to support more than 300 managers of all sizes and sectors of activity in achieving their personal and professional goals.
We also speak to executive committees and boards of directors.
In recent years, the practice of executive coaching has experienced strong growth.
Managers of large groups, public organizations, but also start-ups and SMEs have recognized the need to be supported by professionals to increase their performance and achieve their goals.
To meet the expectations of managers and the performances sought after, we are looking for 10 new partners to join our collective.
At Visconti Partners, by coaching, we understand coaching as essential support to develop the performance of managers, their management team, as well as the value of their business.
Working with managers of different sizes of companies and from various sectors of activity is an extraordinary job, which brings us stimulating and rewarding challenges every day.
Our collective is united around three fundamental values: the pleasure of working together, the audacity to take risks and the desire to share our knowledge and experience together.
