For more than twenty years, I have held Chief Executive Officer positions in organizations facing major challenges in transformation, governance, and performance. Deeply committed to people, I have always enjoyed building relationships, engaging with others, and helping individuals grow. Long before becoming an executive coach, many colleagues and leaders I worked with already described me as a coach: someone who listens, develops talent, challenges thinking, encourages people, and helps them unlock their full potential.

This naturally led me to executive coaching. Today, I support CEOs, executive committees, and boards as they navigate strategic decisions, strengthen their leadership, and address complex business challenges. My role is not to provide ready-made answers, but to create a trusted environment where leaders can step back, reflect, challenge their assumptions, and make better-informed decisions, drawing on my own experience as a CEO.

Having worked in demanding environments, particularly in the agricultural, agribusiness, and industrial sectors, I bring a pragmatic, rigorous, and deeply human approach to every engagement. As a passionate endurance mountain biker, I see strong parallels between leadership and long-distance riding: preparation, clarity under pressure, resilience, and the ability to stay focused on the right direction when the terrain becomes more challenging.
