Passionate about the entrepreneurial adventure and the support of managers, driven by the desire to transmit and contribute to the emergence of 21st century companies, I joined the Visconti Partners collective.
My career as a manager can be summed up in three main characteristics.
The first is the great variety of situations I have encountered and the jobs I have been able to do within the SUEZ group. In mainland France and “Overseas”, in functional jobs and then, from the year 2000, in operational jobs and “CEO” positions.
The second characteristic of my career is my experience in managing transformation programs and mastering crisis management, with ambition and realism. Whether in taking over a team “at a moment's notice” as well as in the management of events that have impacted populations in their daily lives.
Third characteristic: leadership as CEO. With a major focus: to develop and grow. Develop the activity and performance of the company; make everyone grow in their uniqueness and the collective in their originality and strength. At the service of “bigger than us.”
I am a graduate of the National School of Hydraulics in Grenoble, a professional mediator, trained in sustainable development issues at Harvard and in shared governance at the University of Nous. I am trained in Visconti Partner tools and methods. I speak English and Spanish. I am passionate about sailing, treks and high mountains. Guitarist and “writer.”
A big fan of strategy games, history, archaeology and travel games.

Laurence Perez, Regional Director Suez Eau France PACA
Working as a team within an effective CODIR is a major key factor in our success. And the more important the challenges become, the more they take us out of our respective comfort zones, the more essential it is to know each other well individually and collectively, to identify our resources and our areas of progress. To achieve this objectively and with respect for everyone, nothing beats the intervention and experience of a neutral, independent and impartial third party. This is the role that Yves played for us!
William David, Founder of Telemedicare
As the company goes beyond its initial successes and enters its development era, the challenges multiply. In number and in impact. With the support of Yves, we were able to take the time to define our long-term strategy, our “journey brands” to achieve it, our priority projects for the short term. While putting into perspective the evolution of our roles as founders, shareholders, and early collaborators as the company grew. With the focus on the satisfaction of an ever increasing number of customers, the performance and robustness of TeleMedicare.
