Sandro CERMINARA has more than 30 years' experience leading large companies, SMEs and organisations undergoing transformation.

Having held operational and CEO roles for over 20 years, he has led numerous strategic, industrial and digital transformations. His career has given him a firm conviction: sustainable performance depends on a leader's ability to combine strategic vision, organisational transformation and excellence in execution.

Today, Sandro supports business leaders and Executive Committees with their transformation challenges, with particular expertise in how organisations adopt artificial intelligence. He helps them understand the disruption brought about by AI, identify value-creating use cases and integrate these new tools in practical terms into their strategy, processes and management practices.

His approach to AI is firmly leader-focused. The point is not technology for its own sake, but its capacity to create value, improve productivity, change ways of working and strengthen decision-making.

Closely involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and in governance issues, Sandro is Co-Chair of Grand Delta Angels and a member of APIA (Administrateurs Professionnels Indépendants Associés). These commitments keep him in direct contact with entrepreneurs, investors, business leaders and new business models.

His approach to coaching is pragmatic and action-oriented. It combines experience as a business leader, strategic perspective and the ability to turn decisions into operational action plans.
