Alongside her professional career, Marie-Laure is passionate about corporate territorial responsibility. She has always been deeply involved in the economic life of her region, and particularly in the local innovation ecosystem.
She was President of Réseau Entreprendre Provence (2020-2022), Vice-President and Treasurer of French Tech Aix-Marseille Région Sud (2018-2024), and co-Founder and first President of the Business Professional Women Marseille Métropole association (2018-2024), which advocates for women's rights in the workplace.
Marie-Laure has been an elected member of the Aix Marseille Provence Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) since 2021 and President of the Marseille Endowment Fund since 2023. She is also co-founder and President of "Marseille au Pluriel", a collective created in 2023 that brings together entrepreneurs, journalists, academics, citizens and others, with the aim of building bridges between the business world and the nonprofit sector through intercultural tools.
She has a strong knowledge of academia and sits, as a qualified external member, on the Boards of Directors of Aix Marseille University and of the Timone Faculty of Medicine in Marseille.
After 30 years of supporting innovative businesses, Marie-Laure decided to devote herself to what she truly enjoys: helping business leaders find their path to both financial and human performance. Founder and Director of the IODA CONSULTING Group, a 60-person SME founded in 2005, specialized in supporting innovative companies, from start-ups to listed firms. IODA operates across three business lines: accounting expertise, tax incentives for innovation, and fundraising.
Marie-Laure has also supported numerous institutions (SATT, competitiveness clusters, business incubators, accelerators, etc.).
