After more than twenty-five years of leading, transforming, and growing businesses, Ichose to dedicate my experience to supporting business leaders. An engineer by training and a graduate of ESSEC Business School, I have held senior executive positions with leading international companies, including Vinci Energies and SNEF, both in France and abroad. Throughout my career, I have led major transformation programs, managed business units and profit centers, built and developed multidisciplinary teams, and made strategic decisions in complex, high-pressure environments.

Over the years, I have developed a strong conviction: behind every strategic decision stands a leader who is often required to make difficult choices alone while balancing significant human, financial, and organizational challenges. I have lived this reality firsthand.
