Starting out in the trading room at Banque Indosuez, Frederic quickly moved on to finance and then general management positions in industrial companies in the aerospace and automotive sectors until 2007.

A multi-entrepreneur accustomed to fast-changing environments, he founded and managed Cofam Energy, France's leading photovoltaic start-up, between 2008 and 2015.

Frederic has been managing companies for over 25 years, either directly or on behalf of third parties, in the energy, construction, road transport, ESN, e-commerce, IOT, software publishing and retail sectors.

He sometimes acts as an interim manager. As such, he is an expert in change management, HR and social performance, which he uses to increase the value of companies.

Frederic works with SMEs, their shareholders, whether funds or individuals, and their managers, when a complex human or organisational situation arises, or as part of the prevention and management of companies in difficulty.

Frederic is one of the few people capable of taking on corporate mandates for companies in receivership to save jobs or strategic assets.

He has also been involved for several years in developing the business and investments of the Athena Family family office.

A former magistrate at the Versailles Commercial Court, Frederic is a keen traveller with a passion for literature and wine, and is interested in art history and new technologies.
