Married for 35 years and the father of three grown-up daughters, Hervé has more than 30 years of international leadership experience at world-class software and SaaS companies such as Business Objects, SAP, VMware and Broadcom.

A servant leader at heart, he has led large, complex businesses and multi-billion-dollar operations: sales, pre-sales, partners, business units and international subsidiaries.

Throughout his career, he has transformed, grown and turned around organisations by combining an obsession with the customer with a deeply people-centred approach.

His constant aim has been to help the leaders he worked with grow, to raise the performance of their teams and to create an environment where everyone can thrive and exceed their objectives.

For several years, he has also partnered with start-up incubators, helping their founders succeed in their acceleration phase (go-to-market, sales organisation, Board and Executive Committee performance, culture, leadership posture, etc.).
